The system's wind-wave simulation information can be used as input data for the “Wave Attack Warning System for TaiTung Coastal Road” and the “Wave Attack Warning System for Hualien Coastal Road” to assist the Directorate General of Highways in carrying out disaster prevention and early warning efforts. The long-wave forecast information is displayed on the "" Hualien Harbor Tranquility Display Website "" to support Hualien Port in the decision in response to disaster and vessel access management.
