研究成果可做為防災預警之評估依據，系統產製風浪模擬資訊供「花蓮海岸公路浪襲預警系統」使用，協助公路總局防災預警；長浪預測資訊於「花蓮港區靜穩展示」，供花蓮港防災應變、船舶進出管理決策支援。
Daily sea state forecasts for major commercial ports across Taiwan, spanning a 2-day lead time, are provided and visualized in real-time on the "Harbor Environmental Information Website."
The research outcomes serve as a critical baseline for disaster prevention and early warning. Wind-wave simulation data generated by the system are integrated into the "Wave Attack Early Warning system for Hualien Coastal Highway" to assist the Highway Bureau in emergency response. Furthermore, long-wave (swell) forecast information is visualized on the "Hualien Harbor Tranquility Display Website " to support decision-making for port disaster mitigation and vessel traffic management.
