國研院國家地震工程研究中心針對一系列結構元件試體於實驗室進行地震模擬實驗後,深入探討各式結構之耐震性能及補強效益,提出「臺灣結構耐震評估測推分析法(TEASPA)」,此分析方法之柱彎矩非線性鉸性質考量斷面軸力彎矩互制曲線,可隨分析過程柱軸力變化動態調整,適用於鋼筋混凝土造或加強磚造之平面規則建築物的耐震評估,可供建築師、相關專業技師及專業機構等應用於耐震能力詳細評估工作時之參考使用,使用者仍應自負其專業責任。
After conducting seismic simulation experiments on a series of structural element specimens in the laboratory, NCREE engaged in-depth discussions on the seismic performance and retrofitting benefits of various structures. Taiwan Earthquake Assessment for Structures by Pushover Analysis (TEASPA) was developed from the results of these experiments and numerical simulations. TEASPA provides a technical tool for civil engineers, structural technicians, architects and other professionals in civil engineering to support Seismic Evaluation and Retrofitting business.
