3D Surface Displacement Fields Using 3D PIV Technology

本研究以質點影像量測(Particle Image Velocimetry, PIV)技術,並使用無人機於滑坡區域獲取之多視角及高重疊的影像,整合多時期航照正射影像(Orthoimage)與數值地形模型(Digital Surface Model, DSM)建立三維地表位移場,傳統上無人機攝影測量僅使用正射影像進行2D PIV分析,而3D PIV可利用數值地表模型增加高程變化資訊,並對比傳統數值高程模型差異(Different of DEM, DoD)方法,更能針對高程上位移量較大的區域進行有效分析,使用多時序的3D PIV分析可全面觀察不同時期的位移趨勢,追蹤點位的時空變化,3D PIV技術後續可應用於土地利用規劃與自然災害風險評估,進行大面積山坡地監測與國土管理工作。

This study employs Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) technology, utilizing UAV-acquired multi-view images from landslide areas. By integrating multi-temporal orthoimages and Digital Surface Models (DSM), a 3D surface displacement field is constructed. Traditionally, UAV photogrammetry applies only 2D PIV analysis based on orthoimage. However, 3D PIV integrates DSM to enhance elevation displacement information. Compared to the traditional Difference of DEM (DoD) method, 3D PIV enhances the analysis of regions with significant vertical displacement. Through multi-temporal 3D PIV analysis, this approach enables comprehensive monitoring of displacement trends over time, tracking the spatial-temporal displacement of designated points. The 3D PIV technology can be used in natural disaster, supporting large-scale slope monitoring and land management tasks.
