Indoor and outdoor joint navigation mapping and portable device location-based services
移動製圖系統搭載定位定向系統、相機、光達等感測器,藉由定位、量測演算法,可產製精準比例之室內外圖資;室外主要定位技術為GNSS,室內常見定位技術包含WiFi、藍牙、RFID、UWB等;根據統計調查中顯示,超過70%以上民眾使用手機中的個人導航服務,可見智慧型手機結合使用者位置提供關聯性資訊所擁有的潛力。因此藉由手機做為載具,安裝定位技術與圖資整合技術APP,可應用於室內災害的人流導引,當災害發生時,讓每個人在逃生時分別依循建議的出口方向逃生,目的希望能夠加快逃生時間、最大化能逃出的人數。
Mobile mapping system which mounts positioning and orientation system, camera, lidar, other sensors, and positioning and measurement algorithm can be used to produce indoor and outdoor cartographic information with a precise ratio. The main method for positioning in outdoor situation is using GNSS. The common indoor positioning technologies include WiFi, Bluetooth, FRID, UWB, and others. According to statistical data, there are more than 70% people using personal navigation services on mobile phones, which means the potential of smart phones to provide relevant location information. In summary, the smart phone which installs positioning APP can be used for evacuation guidance when a disaster takes place indoors. Everyone can follow the suggested evacuation route to their nearest exit, which minimizes escape time and maximizes the number of survivors. Indoor guidance is also incorporated into evacuation guidance during an emergency.
