「防災易起來」是國家災害防救科技中心（以下簡稱NCDR）針對災防體制及社會經濟層面提供災害教育，以及提供可利用災害相關數據資料庫進行災害整備的服務，包含以上兩大功能的的入口網頁。
其中，在災防體制及社會經濟層面的災害教育部分，「防災易起來」入口網頁，提供政府、社區、長照機構，一般民眾，以及身心障礙朋友防災知識、對策，以及有用的工具。針對不同的群體，皆有提供屬於他們的平時準備及應變知識、經驗案例。社區的部分，有提供多本防災社區操作手冊；對於社會福利機構，則提供初步的風險評估平台。
另外，利用災害相關數據資料庫進行線上的災害整備行為分析平台，則是透過NCDR所蒐整的中央部會與地方政府之歷年減災、整備、應變與復原相關因子的資料數據，是針對地方政府，提供社會脆弱度評估系統、撤離與收容評估系統，透過量化的數據資料，讓災害管理人員在策略與操作時，能有科學的量化數據，理解過往的脈絡與可能趨勢的參照。
